Hi, I'm Ilene and I live in southern jersey. I have several questions if anyone can help: First, I'm a former cynic now completely open to spiritual healing.I need help with many issues, including overcoming fear of abandonment, self-esteem, worrying in general and quitting smoking. There are so many healing practices such as hypnosis, energy balancing, etc. but I'm not sure which to start with. I'm also having difficulty finding alternative therapies, groups, etc. in the south jersey area. Third, does anyone know anything about psychoenergetic healing, in particular by a man from Belgrade in the Forked River area? I can't find the magazine I saw him in and can't remember his name except that is hard to pronounce and I think his last name started with Z. Please feel free to e-mail me if you wish, as my partner and most of my friends are not into this at all and I don't have many people to share and learn with regarding holistic/spiritual issues.
