Hi I have lymphedema in my left leg I have had it since 1997. Just recently since early May 2003 I have used the manual lymph drainage massage technique, It takes about five to ten minutes per day and I have lost approxamately 8 to 10 inches off the circumference of my leg it is actually smaller than my good leg now. I do the massage daily some times 2 or 3 times and I wrap it with the low stretch bandages every night and during the day I wear a custom garment. I have a wonderful therapist and great resources here in St. Louis at the SSM Lymphedema Clinic.(314) 731-4555. Good Luck
