Hi, I am 33 and have Lymphadema in my leg from an accident a year ago. I was hit by a car and now have lasting Lymphadema which I am told is permanent and best cared for with management. My Physical Therapist has gotten a referral from my Dr. for permanent compression hose. Epsom salts soaks in a hot bath for 20 minutes or more can really help. Manual massage of the Lymph nodes helps increase circulation. Ice after heat can help create a pump of flow. The diagnosis is new to me although I have managed it for over a year. These things mentioned have helped me, but from what I understand, compression is key. Otherwise, it can worsen. good luck to you. I am sorry you have to battle with this crud, it hurts and feels very uncomfortable. -allison
